Potato Garlic Soup
- 5 or 6 potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 12 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 carrotts sliced thin
- 1 cup of sour cream
- cut potatoes into small chunks and boil until done
- saute garlic, onions, carrots
- reserve 2/3 of potatoes and 3/4 of saute mix
- put the rest of the potatoes and saute mix in a blender to puree
- return puree and the rest of the potatoes and mix to the pot and add sour
cream.
- add milk to desired thickness
- cook until done on med heat to avoid burning the milk products
- stir frequently
