I’ve been a seeker all of my life; living creatively, actively experimenting and appreciating each new experience. Though I always did well in school art classes, I could not imagine or understand what being an artist could mean until I was 38 year old. It was an amazing discovery. I felt like…. “I found it!” My desire is new found and completely exciting. When I create, I get great pleasure from making “something from nothing.”

When people respond to the energy in my work, I feel even better. This kind of validation and approval help me believe in my goal. I want to support myself through my artwork.
